It is a Women Development wing of The Dale View It gives inspiration to village women to come out of their homes and work for themselves and for the society Their experience in this programme help them acquire leadership and administrative qualities. SAMYUKTHA is affiliated to All India Women's Conference (AIWC), New Delhi and is a Zonal office of AIWC south Zone.
The Dale View is providing loan facilities at low interest rates through various women groups as part of our women self employment programme. We have around 2000 women as our active beneficiaries of this programme.
The Dale View is assisting the village women to form their own organisation like self-help groups, family circles Mahilasamajoms and Credit Union. Proper training is also given to the functionaries of such organisation.
Raise the economic status of the rural women is the objective of these programmes. We are implementing programmes like Poultry Rearing, Goat Rearing, Tailoring unit, Pickle making, bakery unit to achieve this goal.
To identify and enrich multiple skills in children, we are providing training to women in bag making, ornament making, tailoring, flower making, squash, jam, lotion making etc.
Conducted camps to improve the situations and for solving atrocities faced by women with the help of Police department, counsellors, eminent social workers, elected members etc.
The program aims at providing nutritious food, medical aid for mother and child. The centre operates at Nellokonam Kulathoor with the sponsorship of AIWC, New Delhi. This program runs with the support from Asha workers, Nurses, Social workers, Doctors etc.
It provides training to women on various skills which included computer education, DTP, Job oriented courses etc.
